My sky box has an orange light on the front, what does this mean?
Your box is on standby, press the large SKY button on the remote to turn it on.

My sky box won’t turn on, what can I do?
Turn the sky box off at the wall for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and turn the box on with the large SKY button on the remote.

My sky box appears to be on but I can’t view my channels, what can I do?
On the sky remote press the TV button, then press the HELP button until you switch to the correct input to view sky (normally HDMI).

My broadband isn’t working, what can I do?
Call sky customer services on 08442 41 41 41, they are best suited to help with this enquiry.

My sky is displaying ‘No Satellite Signal’, what can I do?
Turn the sky box off at the wall for 5 minutes, and then use the Sky button on the remote to turn it back on.

When will my first monthly bill be due?
Your first monthly payment will be due 14 days after installation.

When will my normal monthly billing date fall?
Your second bill will be one month after your viewing card has been activated, so if your card is activated on the 10th your second bill be on the 10th of the following month. However if you are installed on the 29th 30th or 31st of any month then your billing date will be moved forwards by 3 days.
